Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Tran Danh Huong ("Nourivo", "we", "us"), the developer of the Nourivo app. By downloading or using Nourivo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Nourivo is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to your doctor about your medication, diet, and health. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1. Who can use Nourivo

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nourivo. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Not medical advice

Nourivo helps you track nutrition and supports healthy habits while you are on GLP-1 medication. It does not provide medical, clinical, or dietary advice tailored to your condition, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. Decisions about your medication, dosing, diet, or treatment are between you and your healthcare provider.

3. AI nutrition estimates

Nourivo uses AI to estimate the nutrition in a photo or description of your meal. These estimates are approximate. We show a range and a confidence level rather than a single exact figure, and you can edit any value. Do not rely on these estimates for medical decisions or for anything that requires precise nutritional accuracy.

4. Your subscription

Nourivo offers an auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing is a 7-day free trial, then $12.99 / month or $79.99 / year (prices may vary by region and may change for new periods).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot directly process refunds.

5. Your license to use Nourivo

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nourivo on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Nourivo. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract our source code or models; not to use the app to break the law; and not to interfere with or overload our services (including the meal-recognition and coaching backends).

7. Your data

Your privacy matters to us. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Nourivo, its name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. The meals, notes, and logs you create remain yours.

9. Disclaimers

Nourivo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of nutrition estimates. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be correct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of Nourivo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Apple App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Nourivo or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Nourivo. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation, and any claims relating to the app's failure to conform to a warranty will be our responsibility. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as Nourivo evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Nourivo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The App Store terms and Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement also apply where relevant.
